Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly when creating an account, setting up your studio, or contacting us. This includes your name, email address, studio name and location details, billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and any studio data you provide during onboarding (class schedules, instructor profiles, student data you import).

We also collect information automatically when you use our service, including log data, usage patterns, and browser/device information.

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Studio Sensei service, process payments through our payment processor (Stripe), send transactional communications (booking confirmations, payment receipts, system notifications), respond to your support requests, and analyze usage to improve the product.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your studio's student data for any purpose other than providing the Studio Sensei service to you.

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to customer data within our team is limited on a need-to-know basis.

AI features in Studio Sensei use your studio data to generate suggestions and briefings. This processing occurs within our systems. We do not use your studio's data to train AI models that serve other customers.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@studiosensei.ai.

If you close your account, your personal data and studio data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records by law (e.g., for billing and tax purposes).

Studio Sensei uses the following third-party services that may process your data: Stripe (payment processing), infrastructure providers for hosting and databases, and email delivery services.

Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policies and, where applicable, data processing agreements with us.
