Terms of Service

By accessing or using Studio Sensei, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Studio Sensei on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Studio Sensei provides studio management software including scheduling, bookings, payment processing, automation, and AI-assisted features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.

Some features are marked as "Planned" in our product materials. These features are not yet available and are not part of the current service offering.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all available features. No credit card is required to start a trial.

After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

Studio Sensei includes AI features that process your studio's data to generate suggestions, briefings, and recommendations. All AI-proposed actions require your explicit approval before they are executed.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Studio Sensei. We process this data to provide the service and do not use your studio's data to train AI models that serve other customers.

You agree not to use Studio Sensei to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to process transactions in industries prohibited by our payment processor, to engage in fraudulent activity, or to interfere with the service's operation.

Studio Sensei is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated in our service documentation.

Our liability for any claim arising from your use of Studio Sensei is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
